As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our company by overseeing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.


What will you do day-to-day?

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues


Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
