We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to join our team in the construction industry. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and supporting the project management team in the successful execution of construction projects.


What will you do day-to-day?

  • Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Maintain contract files and documentation in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve contract-related issues
  • Prepare and submit contract-related reports and documentation as required
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures


Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, legal terminology, and contract law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
