Elevate Digital is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the estimating, proposal development, and procurement of master service agreements and site-specific projects for distribution, transmission, and substation construction across a mix of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Proposal Development: Provide thorough estimates and proposals for site-specific projects and master service agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with project teams to confirm complete scope, identify risk issues, and develop effective project plans.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, design teams, specialty contractors, suppliers, and user groups, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contract Administration: Manage all aspects of contract administration, including subcontractor and material procurement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree in engineering or business management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of contract management experience in the construction industry, preferably in the utility construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong mathematical, communication, and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications and project management fundamentals.
  • Personal Qualities: High energy level, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a bias for action.
