Job Summary:


The Engineered Components division specializes in a diverse range of flow control products, such as sanitary and BPE tubing, fittings, valves, pumps, gaskets, and replacement parts, with plans for future expansion through acquisitions. We market our products under reputable industry brands like Steel & O’Brien, Top-Flo, and Flowtrend, offering a value proposition of "Sanitary Simplified." As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee customer relationships within your designated territory, driving sales growth, increasing market share, and acquiring new customers to meet company goals.


Key Responsibilities – Sales and Business Development:

- Expand business with existing customers to meet company objectives.

- Enhance customer relationships through strategic account planning and proactive management.

- Increase awareness of our full product portfolio.

- Identify and convert new customer prospects.

- Engage with end-users to promote first-fit solutions and secure "Specified" status.

- Advocate for the "Sanitary Simplified" value proposition.

- Effectively manage the sales funnel and gather market intelligence.

- Lead commercial relationships within the assigned region.

- Address and resolve complex issues related to account management and growth.

- Monitor industry competition, gather market insights, and recommend process improvements.

- Stay current with industry standards, trends, and best practices.

- Maintain and expand professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Five or more years of relevant experience, including:

- Durable manufacturing

- Regional sales management

- Sales through distributors

- Experience in the sanitary industry preferred but not required

- Willingness to travel frequently for business, including overnight stays and air travel.
