Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to generate personal home care referrals
  • Conduct educational events with referral partners to introduce them to our services and understand their business needs
  • Lead care consultation meetings with prospective clients to assess their requirements and present personalized solutions
  • Coordinate with branch staff and field sales resources to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Assist with client billing processes by collecting necessary documents and submitting them to the branch


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree (preferred, but not required)
  • 2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, preferably in home health or hospice
  • Experience in roles like Healthcare Account Executive, Medical Sales Executive, or Territory Sales Manager is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
