Job Description:

Gatsby Investment is seeking a dynamic and motivated Investment Sales associate with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. This full-time position is based in our Los Angeles office.

Gatsby Investment is a leading online real estate investment platform headquartered in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing real estate syndication companies, we provide accredited investors with lucrative investment opportunities in value-add and ground-up construction projects. Since our inception in 2016, we have acquired over 78 properties across Los Angeles County, with 53 deals successfully completed, generating an average annualized net return of 23% for our investors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase investment sales by engaging with prospective and existing investors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors via phone calls, Zoom meetings, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide detailed information about our investment opportunities and platform.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, manage new investor sign-ups, and support existing investors.
  • Schedule and follow up on investor meetings and calls.
  • Stay informed about current market conditions and industry trends.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven fundraising skills with prior experience in a real estate investment company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies.
  • Proficiency in investment and real estate terminology.
  • Strong focus on achieving results and building relationships with investor clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with a real estate syndication or crowdfunding company.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
