Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Technical Manager to lead our quality control, operational excellence, and CAPEX department staff. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization, quality assurance, project management, and strategic modernization initiatives. What you will be doing in this role:
- Manage and direct quality control, operational excellence, and CAPEX department staff to support divisional and site operating objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality programs in alignment with industry standards and certifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction through the adoption of World Class Manufacturing principles.
- Oversee capital projects to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, while optimizing cost and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support for business initiatives across all areas of the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams.
What you should bring to this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Polymer, etc) is required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of Facilities & Maintenance management/supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 10+ Years Solid TPM implementation and sustainment experience required, clean room maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and strong commitment to safety practices is required.
- Experience in Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing organizational needs.
