Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at Molex Industrial Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow profitable revenue with our Channel Partners in the Food & Beverage, Material Handling, and Warehouse structure market segments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Industrial channel partners, working closely to provide support on design wins at Industrial end users and OEMs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed annual sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the North America Product Managers and Business Development Team to develop promotional opportunities targeting specific customers or markets with the Channel Partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and allowances through our channel partners in collaboration with sales development team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel locally greater than 30% of the time.
  • Prior experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration, or an engineering firm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or Business Management.
  • Prior experience within food & beverage industry, machine/line builders, material handling, and/or the general industrial automation sector.
  • Experience working within all levels of an industrial automation plant including senior management, controls/system engineers, maintenance staff, and sourcing.
