A global consulting company based in Boston is looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to its team. Reporting up to a Payroll Manager, this position will be part of a seven-person team responsible for payroll of over 1,000 employees globally.


Highlights:

  • Oversee the compilation of payroll transactions for each pay period and ensure these transactions are balanced with the master payroll report.
  • Accurately calculate and enter HR transactions into the Payroll system, including new hires, salary adjustments, extra benefit deductions, terminations, and more.
  • Track remote work agreements to account for taxable fringe benefit locations.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Team to monitor employee hires and terminations, ensuring timely payroll updates, and work with Office Managers as needed.
  • Review and adjust leave of absence pay data, including changes in hours, pay, and benefits.
  • Prepare various import files for transactions such as taxable benefits (e.g., gym memberships, parking), bonuses, paid time off, and salary increases.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience with Payroll
  • Experience with UKG or Workday is preferred, but not required
