SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hrs); this position is nonessential in the event of an emergency.


Pays $65,000 annually

LOCATION: Human Resources, 434 Harrison Ave. 1st and 3rd floor; this position will be required to work on-site, though some hybrid work may be available in consultation with the supervisor

Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for maintaining the PSI HRIS systems and other related human resources technologies in support of PSI human resources goals. The HRIS Coordinator will also be responsible for administration support to the Human Resources department. The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for creation and distribution of multiple complex reports.

The position will be required to work partially or completely on-site as public health conditions based on departmental needs.


Requirements:

Education/Training Associates Degree or equivalent certification OR three (3) years’ equivalent experience working with HRIS.


Required:

Preferred:

  • Business or human resources training or undergraduate college degree.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of office experience, including significant experience with HRIS databases or payroll systems. Excellent typing, word processing, spreadsheet, organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Extensive prior experience with manual and computer HRIS. Human Services experience in non-profit environment. Ability to speak Spanish. Ability to lift 30 pounds.
