We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our users. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for resolving a wide range of technical issues, ensuring user productivity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user account issues in Active Directory, including password resets, permission management, and account lockouts.
  • Configure and manage Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) devices, ensuring optimal network performance and connectivity.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and user account management.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN and WAN devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products and services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools.
  • Experience scripting with PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
