Our client in the luxury fashion industry is currently seeking to add a Regional Manager (Luxury Retail) to their growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all company initiatives, projects, departments and staff within the US market. This includes back of the house (Operational tasks),
  • Fully responsible for the staff hiring process of the team. Staff training on product and company directives, monthly travel to all locations to ensure directives are being followed.
  • Operational - completing/training/enforcing an operational guideline directive, rolling out a store inventory process, facilitating help with IT/Property management/Store design issues, ensuring organization in stockroom/office areas.
  • New location openings – manage the interview process, coordinating and assisting staff training, ordering of all supplies, project management during the construction process to ensure approved floor plans are being followed.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Senior Store Manager and/or Regional Management position
  • Experience with people management
  • Italian language skills required
  • Experience opening new stores preferred
  • Experience in the luxury retail industry preferred
