Regional Account Manager

Responsibilities:- Communicating with chefs and buyers to understand their needs and ensure expectations are always being exceeded.- Building relationships with chefs and buyers by providing exceptional service, ensuring flawless delivery, and building trust.- Ensuring orders are accurately captured and working with internal departments to facilitate fulfilment. - Collecting and analyzing client purchase data to find new opportunities to better service clients.- Resolving complaints and preventing issues from occurring.- Finding new opportunities to service clients and to grow client relationships.- Working with the sales & marketing team to acquire and win new client relationships.- Keeping a pulse on relevant food trends to ensure our inventory meets the needs of a growing market.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communication, or related field- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Experience working with large amounts of data and gleaning actionable insights- Client-first mentality- Experience in similar or related account or service-related positions- Passion for Asian ingredients, cuisines, and the New York restaurant scene- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the Southeast food catalog to answer questions and to guide chefs as a subject matter expert
