Our client in the professional services industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. These tasks are not limited to data entry, calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings, document preparation, and follow-ups on outstanding tasks. In addition, you will assist with managing communication between team members, handling project-related paperwork, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget. The role also includes providing high-standard, professional, and friendly customer service. This would involve timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, effective resolution of customer issues, and maintaining open and respectful communication at all times.

Customer Service:

Office Administration:

  • Maintain organized filing systems and take care of office upkeep.

  • Monitor and order office/kitchen supplies as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with vendors effectively.
  • Provide assistance to different departments with administrative tasks (calls, correspondence, accounting, scheduling).
  • Handle the distribution of mail/packages and set up meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting (preferable but not essential).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Can work independently and also has team leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
