Sales Development Representative

About the Role:


Are you ready to launch your sales career in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We are seeking driven individuals with 1–2 years of cold calling or lead generation experience to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If you thrive on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to a high-energy sales team, this role is your gateway to success


As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Enterprise Solutions department by generating leads and building pipelines for senior account executives. This position offers the tools, training, and mentorship you need to refine your skills and grow within a company committed to your success.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage prospective clients through outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Use consultative approaches to uncover client needs and recommend training courses and certifications that align with their career goals.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or hand off warm opportunities to senior account executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement proven strategies for effective prospecting and account management.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in Salesforce CRM and contribute to the team’s sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales-related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (open to all majors) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by success, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is a plus.
