Position Overview

As a Customer Salesperson, you will foster client relationships and manage supply chains to meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business while working with Transend's long-tenured sales team that will assist with the propose to close process.


Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America
  • Oversee the transition of closed accounts to the Transend account management team
  • Maintain daily communication with the customer base to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
