Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

  • Execute efficient operational processes
  • Resolve daily operational issues and propose process improvements

Administrative Support:

  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support executive decision-making
  • Coordinate and manage communication between the headquarters in Korea and the branch in the United States

Accounting and Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily accounting tasks such as payroll processing, vendor payments, and reimbursement requests
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and monitor financial health
  • Manage budget planning and financial forecasting

HR Management:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures
  • Administer HR systems for compliance and payroll processing (e.g., Rippling)
  • Oversee employee benefits and insurance plan

Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates to headquarters, executives, and stakeholders
  • Listen to employee feedback and clearly share directives from headquarters

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation for legal compliance

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting processes
  • Proficiency in Korean, capable of communicating with native speakers

Preferred Qualifications::

  • Proven experience in operations management and corporate development, preferably in the entertainment/IT sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Rippling, ADP)
