Job Overview

Position Summary

As a pivotal member of our team at Clinical Operations West, the Process Improvement Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and patient care quality. This position will be instrumental in aligning various stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current workflows, document observations, and propose actionable recommendations to management aimed at achieving organizational objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process enhancements and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate with site management to review and implement new workflows, policies, and procedures that enhance efficiency and system performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of workflow activities, including modifications, suggestions, and resolutions identified during site assessments.
  • Lead or participate in various projects as designated by the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager, which may impact individual sites or the organization as a whole.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on both newly established and existing workflows.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Operations Team and Regional Management to ensure seamless operations across various locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and providing effective solutions to meet the needs of the center.

  • Proven experience in workflow management and/or administrative support roles.
  • Prior experience in scheduling or site operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exemplary time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines.
  • Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills are essential.
