Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (partial hybrid after 3 months available for discussion) role for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager (Securities and/or Insurance license or desire to attain Required) at GWM LLC in Mercer Island, WA. The role involves advisor & executive support, event planning, project management, and management of miscellaneous personal/exec assist tasks. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the team and executive in various administrative, client contact, calendaring, and marketing tasks. We are a growing company and are looking for the right addition to our team to grow alongside us.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in advisory / financial services is a plus
- Event Planning Skills a plus
- Past Experience as an Advisor or on an Advisory Team a plus
Starting pay will vary based on experience and ability / skills demonstrated.
