My client has an immediate need and is looking to bring on a strong executive assistant to support the executive offices of this large public company with offices in Boca Raton. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support . The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They are looking for someone with a 4 year degree for consideration.


Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel
  • Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Perform personal assistant tasks as required by executives to facilitate their daily activities.


Requirements

MUST HAVE A 4 YEAR DEGREE

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling for executives.


This position is a temp to perm opportunity. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to interview and start immediately.
