Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 Onsite
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office management duties, including office maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform administrative duties for the Santa Fe Springs Office and other related North American branches.
- Maintain the office by ensuring that all systems (printers, scanners, internet connection, telephone, etc.) are operating properly and addressing issues promptly.
- Oversee facility management, ensuring safety and cleanliness in all office areas.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company assets.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to personnel changes.
- Update and implement necessary policies and procedures related to Human Resources as needed.
- Manage and process invoices for various vendors, working closely with the Finance Team.
- Plan and coordinate events and meetings throughout the year.
- Handle daily operational duties, including cargo tracking.
- Ensure accurate data entry into Cello and other relevant systems.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in office operations and administrative work.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
- Bilingual in Korean/English preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
