Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 Onsite

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office management duties, including office maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Perform administrative duties for the Santa Fe Springs Office and other related North American branches.
  • Maintain the office by ensuring that all systems (printers, scanners, internet connection, telephone, etc.) are operating properly and addressing issues promptly.
  • Oversee facility management, ensuring safety and cleanliness in all office areas.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company assets.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to personnel changes.
  • Update and implement necessary policies and procedures related to Human Resources as needed.
  • Manage and process invoices for various vendors, working closely with the Finance Team.
  • Plan and coordinate events and meetings throughout the year.
  • Handle daily operational duties, including cargo tracking.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into Cello and other relevant systems.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in office operations and administrative work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Bilingual in Korean/English preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
