The Multichannel Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and executing both digital and direct marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure cost-effectiveness and proper return on investment
  • Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and A/B testing
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools including Google Analytics and PowerBi
  • Implement strategies for audience targeting and retargeting when necessary
  • Plan, develop, and execute direct mail campaigns to target specific customer segments
  • Coordinate with the design team to create compelling and on-brand mail pieces
  • Oversee the production and distribution process
  • Maintain a database of customer addresses, ensuring accuracy
  • Develop strategies to increase response rates and ROI for direct mail initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the Director of Marketing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Experience with web editing and light coding preferred
  • Capable of UI/UX editing to improve user experience across digital platforms
