Hirobe Limited is collaborating with an innovative consultancy to present a remarkable opportunity for an Adobe Solutions Architect Specialist. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Adobe's technology ecosystem. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing solutions that leverage Adobe technologies to fulfill the distinct business requirements of our clients. We are looking for a professional who can offer technical guidance, foster innovation, and guarantee the effective delivery of sophisticated solutions. This position necessitates strong analytical capabilities to address complex business challenges and deliver creative solutions that align with various project streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural decisions to accommodate new business needs from product and marketing divisions.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment on architectural and design choices.
  • Engage with offshore teams to facilitate implementation processes.
  • Act as a representative for the CDP development team in interdepartmental meetings.
  • Incorporate external insights and industry expertise to support critical architectural decisions.
  • Work in tandem with the Adobe consulting team to drive solutions and proof of concepts.
  • Partner with vendors and internal application teams for integration architecture and design.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to clients.

Core Duties:

  • Identify challenges and design or adapt technical solutions to resolve organizational issues.
  • Enhance workflows by implementing innovative technical solutions.
  • Architect extensive technology solutions primarily utilizing the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, encompassing Content Management, Customer Data Platform, Campaign Management, and Analytics.
  • Quickly comprehend business initiatives, understand processes, and evaluate technical solution alternatives to meet objectives.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside sales teams.
  • Oversee large-scale, intricate systems projects; clearly articulate design concepts, strategies, and roadmaps through exceptional communication skills.
  • Collaborate with Business Solutions Architects to ensure that solution designs align with overarching business goals.
  • Provide hands-on mentoring and guidance in architecture, solution design, and development methodologies.
  • Develop prototypes and assist software engineers with coding and troubleshooting for both on-premise and cloud-based applications.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Create and review architecture, solution design, data, and integration documentation for delivery teams and the Architecture Review Board.
  • Offer thought leadership and contribute insights on key industry topics through various communication channels.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital trends such as customer experience solutions and advanced personalization techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • 7-10 years of relevant technology experience.
  • 8+ years of consulting or agency experience, particularly in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Certification in at least one Adobe product; AEM/AEP Certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital technologies with a track record of delivering effective technical solutions in this domain.
  • Possesses a composed demeanor to facilitate the resolution of technology-related disputes.
  • Highly self-motivated; capable of multitasking amidst incomplete and conflicting information, and prioritizing multiple projects in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive outlook, and the ability to excel in a collaborative agency environment with multidisciplinary teams.
