KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the mission and vision of the school and ensure that it drives all aspects of the school
  • Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement across all aspects of the school
  • Is the person responsible for the wellbeing and operational success of the school
  • Supervises the day-to-day implementation of the programs
  • Develops and maintains a quality center and familiar with state regulations.
  • Establishes and sustains a motivated and enthusiastic staff
  • Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, families and staff
  • Develops an atmosphere of support for the school within the community
  • School Admissions experience; assisting with tours of the school for perspective families.
  • Sales experience to assist with conversion of tours to enrollment.
  • Some accounting experience, accounts payable and maintaining parent accounts.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in child development or early childhood education, with emphasis on preschool through eight years old, from an accredited college or university
  • Meets requirements for and/or possesses state Director Credential
  • Background screening requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, email)
