Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Digital Media Specialist to join our growth agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital strategies across multiple channels, including social media (META) ads, PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and HubSpot. This role is pivotal in supporting client implementation and driving measurable results. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following: 

 

  • Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve client goals. 
  • PPC Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and analyze pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. 
  • Google Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting, to maximize client visibility and conversions. 
  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot for managing marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes to support client engagement strategies. 
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve ongoing strategies and meet client KPIs. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies. 
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency and its clients remain competitive. 

 

Qualifications/Skills 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience in digital media marketing, with a strong focus on META ads, PPC, Google Ads, and HubSpot. 
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and social media advertising platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 


Preferred Additional Qualifications: 

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or related digital marketing tools. 
  • Experience working in a growth agency or similar environment. 
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
