Summary/Objective:
You will provide invaluable administrative support to the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales & Director of Marketing. Your role will involve managing various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, data collection, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between stakeholders. Be an integral part of driving the success of our Sales & Marketing team through your exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Functions:
Provides financial reports & budget planning assistance, presentation preparation, and coordinates meetings and conferences.
Collect data for and create Vendor Score cards and Customer Business Reviews as needed.
Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
Prepares slides for various meetings throughout the year and distributes presentations to appropriate personnel.
Coordinates travel arrangements for employees attending various training events.
Coordinates customer events (Golf, Bowling, etc.) and purchases gifts.
Coordinates and disseminates Sporting event tickets.
Responsible for Lobby display updates.
Communicates with a diverse group of important customers, vendors, and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
Works closely will internal departments, combining individual efforts to better serve the customer.
Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.

Act in a safe and positive manner always, ensure that those around you do not put themselves or others at risk. Your personal safety is your responsibility.
Complete an accident/Incident report for any safety and/or health infractions that occur or is witnessed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience with senior level executive administrative assistance.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Office 365, PowerPoint & other Systems.
Independent judgement required in order to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Associates degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
