Responsibilities: 


Executive Assistant Responsibilities: 

1. Screen and prioritize phone calls and correspondence, prioritizing and handling as appropriate. 

2. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executives. 

3. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. 

4. Anticipate executives' needs and proactively provide support to enhance their productivity and efficiency. 

5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives. 

6. Assist with special project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables. 

7. Conduct research and compile data as requested by executives. 

8. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 

9. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of important information. 

 

HR Assistant Responsibilities: 

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 

2. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. 

3. Maintain employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and other documentation. 

4. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. 

5. Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and training sessions. 

6. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. 

7. Assist with payroll processing and related tasks as needed. 

 

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 

2. Proven experience providing administrative support to senior executives. 

3. Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is preferred. 

4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

8. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks. 

 

Compensation: 

Hourly Range: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour, dependent on experience
