About the Role

This is a temporary HR Business Partner position that will provide support to our HR department. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of related experience in an HR Business Partner role and will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement: Provide support for the organization's people-related objectives for employee engagement.
  • Open Enrollment Process: Support the open enrollment process and work with other HR team members to ensure set up is managed accurately and efficiently within the HRIS system.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate and assist the performance management process, including appraisals and compensation review/maintenance.
  • Employee Rewards and Recognition: Support in the management of employee rewards and recognition programs.
  • Employee Engagement Survey: Provide guidance and support in order to complete the execution of an employee engagement survey; partnering with external consultants to compile results and present to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • HR Insights and Solutions: Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support the strategic objectives.
  • HR Metrics and Data: Collects, compiles and creates HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including but not limited to the following: HRIS, management and employee surveys, employment records, etc.
  • Report Preparation: Prepares reports and analysis of data results.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of related experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • HR Project design and implementation experience required.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor legislation and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Preferred familiarity with ADP or other similar HRIS.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen, including program solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
