Office Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office environment. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support, assist with event planning, maintain office systems, and ensure a smooth, efficient office atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Manage and schedule conference and community spaces for internal and external events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order supplies for the office and breakroom to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Submit work orders, schedule repairs, and coordinate maintenance for office space and equipment.
- Office Systems: Maintain the office key fob system and the Avanti Market system.
- Event Planning: Organize and assist in planning company events and lunches to foster a collaborative, fun office culture.
- SWAG Locker: Maintain the company SWAG locker and keep it well-stocked for employee use.
- Receptionist Backup: Serve as the primary backup for the Receptionist, ensuring smooth operations when the Receptionist is unavailable.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented with great interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Flexibility: Proactive and adaptable, willing to step in and take on new tasks as needed.
