Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Agrecom Inc as an Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will provide office coordination and administrative support activities at our Iowa office.

The primary contact for administrative and operational communication on complicated and confidential matters. Regular communication and coordination on behalf of the leadership team are essential.

The successful candidate will have high school diploma or GED associate preferred and 3+ years in an office environment using computers and telephones to carry out diverse administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include providing office and administrative support, coordinating day-to-day office functions, purchasing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring facility safety.

You will also be responsible for creating work orders, overseeing completion, screening correspondence, developing replies, and managing vehicle registrations.

Fleet Fuel Card oversight, management, and POC (Point of Contact) responsibility are also part of this role.
