Office Operations Coordinator

CYM Living LLC is a national real estate firm seeking an Office Manager to join its team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the property management team, and ensuring excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with lease signing and coordination, ensuring all documents are processed accurately and on time.
- Greet prospective new tenants and existing tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-equipped workspace.
- Collect payments from tenants, process transactions, and maintain payment records.
- Update marketing materials on-site and direct prospects to the leasing center for further information.
- Handle complaints and tenant issues in the absence of the property manager, fostering a positive environment.
- Previous experience in office management, leasing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to various properties.
- Experience with property management software (such as Yardi) is a plus.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
