CYM Living LLC is a national real estate firm seeking an Office Manager to join its team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting the property management team, and ensuring excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with lease signing and coordination, ensuring all documents are processed accurately and on time.
  • Greet prospective new tenants and existing tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-equipped workspace.
  • Collect payments from tenants, process transactions, and maintain payment records.
  • Update marketing materials on-site and direct prospects to the leasing center for further information.
  • Handle complaints and tenant issues in the absence of the property manager, fostering a positive environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office management, leasing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to various properties.
  • Experience with property management software (such as Yardi) is a plus.
