Job Description:

These client-facing roles will help a government customer redesign and define business processes and execute strategies to migrate critical enterprise services to the customer’s Shared Service platform.

The roles will be responsible for managing project details including schedule management, risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management.

Additionally, the resources will assist in business process reengineering activities including process mapping, decision management, and requirements management.

Successful candidates will have proven experience working proactively with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing well thought out recommendations and solutions.

Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.


Role Requirements:

Entry Level:

Possess a minimum of two (2) years recent experience participating in projects including communications, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management -OR-

Possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts

Junior Level:

Possess a minimum of three (3) years recent experience managing projects including communications, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management -OR-

Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience participating in or leading business process improvement efforts

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification

Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
