The Director of E-Commerce will lead and drive our online sales strategy, overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the e-comm partner experience, increase dropship revenue, and improve operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-comm platforms, inventory and pricing strategy and customer performance, with a proven track record of driving growth in sales.
This position will report to the COO.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-comm strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Drive e-comm sales through effective merchandising, pricing, promotions, and product selection strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to optimize customers’ success.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Actively supervise e-comm Specialists on newness to customer portals and buyer communications, execute sku level changes and pricing strategy.
- Identify new and emerging opportunities, trends, and insights.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights, track KPI on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence to inform decision-making, strategy adjustment, and opportunities.
- Forecast sales goals, monitor, and execute to achieve results.
- Lead new customer on-boarding EDI processes in SPS, CommerceHub, Fabric, and any other customer portals.
- Travel to tradeshows 3 – 4 times a year.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-comm platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Previous furniture experience is preferred.
