Job Title: CD Unposted Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled CD Unposted Clerk to join our team at International Bank of Commerce.

Job Summary:

The CD Unposted Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all unposted Certificate of Deposit debits and credits are accurately processed and balanced to avoid monetary losses to the bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and processes all unposted Certificate of Deposit debits and credits for all markets.
  • Corrects items for processing to charged or credit customer accounts.
  • Ensures that all unposted Certificate of Deposit debit and credits are balanced back to daily reports.
  • Advises all markets of unposted Certificate of Deposit credits for items $100 thousand or greater.
  • Facilitates the closing of Precision for all unposted items for the day.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Active learning, active listening, complex problem solving, coordination, critical thinking, instructing, judgement and decision making, mathematics, speaking, and 10 key by touch skills.
