Overview: We are seeking an Eloqua Campaign Manager and QA Specialist to join our team for a large-scale project. This role is crucial for managing marketing campaigns, overseeing daily tasks, and conducting extensive data testing to ensure the smooth integration and data flow within the Eloqua platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing automation, QA processes, and data testing.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns within the Eloqua platform.
  • Handle day-to-day campaign-related tasks, including scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance goals and metrics.

QA and Data Testing:

  • Perform data testing to ensure accurate data flow and integration into Eloqua.
  • Conduct data integration testing, with a focus on testing different data pipelines and scenarios, including MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads).
  • Develop and document test cases for various scenarios to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Ensure tech stack integrations are correctly reconnected and functioning as expected after updates or changes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, integration issues, and any other anomalies in the data flow.

Integration Management:

  • Oversee the integration of Eloqua with other platforms, such as CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across different systems.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any integration issues, optimizing the flow of data between platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of integrations, proactively addressing potential issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of all test cases, test results, and QA processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, QA activities, and integration health.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to track, save, and analyze test cases, results, and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, data testing, and integration testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing data flows and lead management processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
