Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Automation Quality Assurance role will possess a robust background in Eloqua or similar platforms, coupled with comprehensive QA expertise. This role is essential for assessing quality assurance protocols, developing testing strategies, crafting test plans, creating test cases, managing defects, executing tests, and identifying issues related to production, processes, or products while proposing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement testing workflows for intricate application integration initiatives.
  • Ensure quality assurance by meticulously documenting processes and testing methodologies.
  • Identify and recommend best practices to establish a center of excellence for quality assurance.
  • Maintain and enhance both Manual and Automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other necessary testing tools to execute test plans effectively.
  • Conduct functional testing to validate application performance.
  • Engage in various testing activities and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.
  • Deliver internal quality assurance support and insights.
  • Provide relevant data concerning KPIs, Test Reports, and Traceability Matrices.
  • Assist in identifying gaps in requirements.
  • Analyze and communicate defect risks to product owners and development teams.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively; interact with users, technical support, product management, developers, and DevOps to comprehend issues and requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges within the Marketing Automation platform.
  • Oversee and manage the Marketing Automation platform, focusing on Lead Scoring, Campaigns, Programs, and Integrations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance analysis, test management, and defect management is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Automation, particularly in database management and integrations (Eloqua preferred).
  • Experience with testing tools is required to enhance efficiency in functional testing.
