About the Role:

The Marketing Automation Quality Assurance candidate should have a strong background in Eloqua (or equivalent platforms), along with QA skills to evaluate quality assurance policies, create test strategy, test plans, test cases, defect management, conduct tests, and inspections, and identify production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing work streams for complex application integration projects.
  • Will maintain quality assurance through documentation of processes and testing.
  • Identify and establish best practices utilized in developing a center of excellence and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintains and upgrades Manual or Automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
  • Perform functional testing.
  • Participates in test activities.
  • Provides internal quality assurance.
  • Provide data as it relates to KPIs, Test Reports, and Traceability Matrices.
  • Helps to uncover requirements gaps.
  • Helps analyze and communicate defect risk to the product owner and development team.
  • Work independently and as part of a team; engage and interact with users, technical support, product management, developers, and DevOps to understand issues and requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Marketing Automation platform.
  • Maintain and manage Marketing Automation platform. Key areas being Lead Scoring, Campaigns, Programs, and Integrations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in quality assurance analysis, test management, and defect management are strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Marketing Automation experience in database management and integrations (Eloqua preferred).
  • Candidate must have experience with testing tools to provide greater efficiency in functional testing.
