SAP Implementation Project Manager
Additional Information:
- Location: Bartlesville, OK
- Work Schedule: 5/40 Schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

- The position is a 1-year assignment with the possibility of extension.
- This is a W2 position and is not open for C2C or 1099 arrangements.
- This position has opened due to additional team needs.
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager with extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP/ERP. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of SAP Payroll and requires a dedicated professional who can provide comprehensive project management support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP Payroll Implementation project, collaborating closely with the Project Owner and Leads to ensure successful project execution.
- Adhere to and enforce PMO processes, playbooks, and established ways of working throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promptly escalate issues and critical risks to project leadership.
- Communicate and coordinate key dependencies and decisions with other project managers within the program, ensuring visibility to project leadership.
- Generate and communicate project updates internally and externally as required.
- Monitor and manage project financials, reporting accurately to project leadership.
Required Skills:
- PMP Certification
- Over 10 years of experience managing complex implementations
- Strong background in business and technical requirement development & management
- Expertise in process workflow design
- Proficiency in use case and test script design
- Extensive experience managing waterfall projects
- Proficiency in using MS Project
- Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home (no exceptions)
- Preferred experience managing ERP/SAP-related implementations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with payroll implementations and/or payroll policies/processes
- Expertise in SAP/ERP integrations/implementation
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
Important Note: Only candidates with ERP experience, preferably SAP/ERP, will be considered for this position.
