Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and migration of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
  • Serve as the resident expert in Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Navigate Health Cloud data modeling, EHR system integration, and HIPAA Validation flows
  • Master deployment processes and tools related to Salesforce, including CI/CD principles
  • Apply best practices in data migration and Salesforce integration
  • Design comprehensive Salesforce applications that exceed client expectations
  • Oversee teams of developers, perform code reviews, and interact with senior stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of use cases for multiple interaction channels
  • Engage in hands-on keyboard work and lead 3-4 project teams


Work Structure:

  • Proposal Development, diagramming, project leadership, architecture, and scoping
  • Report directly to the CTO
  • Work with a team of 16 Salesforce professionals both on-and-off-shore

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Salesforce functional implementation
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and migration
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions and related technologies
  • Solid experience with Sales/Service/Experience Clouds desired
  • Understanding of deployment processes, CI/CD principles, and data migration best practices
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and capabilities
  • Proven experience in designing scalable Salesforce applications and managing developer teams
  • Experience in customer and end-user engagement, including with senior executives
