Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Lewis & Llewellyn LLP, one of California’s premier litigation firms, has a position available for a full-time, on site, Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in our San Francisco Office. This position is fully in office.
Position Summary
The primary focus of the receptionist / administrative assistant position is to act as the first point of contact for visitors, both in person and on the phone. This in office position also performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the office needs, including ordering and maintaining office & kitchen supplies and equipment, conference room calendaring and setup/clean up, managing office vendors, mail, deliveries, and faxes, and formatting documents, opening new matters in DMS and billing programs, completing judicial council forms, maintaining and circulating Firmwide forms, ordering lunch for meetings, assisting our litigation support team, and other administrative tasks as needed.
· Must be able to work independently, and in a team setting
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be comfortable acting as an executive assistant dealing with confidential matters
· Ability to handle any general office administrative matters with an upbeat, positive attitude
Qualified candidates must also be highly professional both in person and over the phone and have the ability to communicate professionally to develop rapport with clients; exhibit meticulous attention to detail; exemplary attendance and punctuality are imperative; possess strong initiative, demonstrate an ability to resolve issues independently, have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time. This is a generalist role and requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a rapidly changing environment. Other essential requirements for this position include the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and possess strong proofreading and typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is required and the ability to learn new software with ease -- software examples include Box, Bill4Time, Zoom and Adobe.
College degree is preferred. Relevant work experience is a bonus, but not an absolute requirement. You must be able to work fully in the office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must be punctual and dependable.
