Job Summary

Homeland has partnered with a rapidly growing alternative investment platform company that is seeking a Sales Development Representative. This role will make it easier for customers to access top-tier alternative investments. Our client provides a straightforward way to invest in non-public assets with lower capital requirements, transparent fees, and improved liquidity. Through the use of advanced technology, our client is transforming the traditional, often complex investing process into something far more efficient and user-friendly. Much like other platforms have reshaped parts of the financial industry, our client is making alternative investments more accessible to everyone. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using various channels
  • Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage on LinkedIn to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of prospect interactions and update HubSpot with relevant information
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities to maintain consistent communication and drive progress
  • Reporting: Monitor and report key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes


Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales or investment sales
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the talent to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, GSuite, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Mindset: A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed in a start-up environment
