Description:


We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Relationship CS Rep to join our customer service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the aviation and ground fueling sector. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, self-driven and motivated to solve issues, have familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, and have solid communication skills with proper email etiquette, with the ability to follow up, and see issues through to resolution.



Responsibilities:


· Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.

· Resolving customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently.

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer resolutions in the company database.

· Providing product and service information to customers.


Requirements:


· Experience with B2B customer support.

· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Previous customer service experience is a plus.

· Knowledge of the fueling industry is an advantage.
