Asset Manager with AUM >$50 billion
Location: Midtown, NYC 4 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Track pipeline of upcoming loan closings, drawdowns, payoffs, and restructures/amendments
- Support loan closing processes: trade capture, data management, cash management, manage position/cash discrepancies
- Ensuring funding needs are met in a timely manner
- Verify loan details are reflected accurately across internal systems and with 3rd party administrator
- Address requests from the portfolio management team
- Participate in projects in order to enhance efficiency
Experience:
- 2+ years of full-time experience with bank debt and/or CLO operations experience with an investment manager, fund administrator, trustee or similar
- Experience with extracting loan details from credit agreements
- Experience with managing/processing of lifecycle events for loans and various types of loan facilities
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience with WSO, Geneva, order management systems is preferred
