We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business as Summer Associates in our Latin America Investment Banking Coverage Group.
As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including capital raising and strategic advisory projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides integrated financial solutions to our clients, leveraging our expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking, treasury, debt and equity products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support client transactions
- Perform financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences, to inform client decisions
- Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to identify opportunities and risks
- Prepare presentations and other materials for clients, showcasing your analytical and communication skills
- Participate in due diligence sessions and contribute to the development of client solutions
- Collaborate with deal team members to drive project success and deliver exceptional client service
- Pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited university, with a graduation time frame between December 2024 and June 2025
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience post-undergraduate degree
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Interest or experience working with Latin America, with a strong desire to build a career in the region
- Superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities, with a track record of achievement
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus
- Strategic and creative thinking, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities, with a dedication to building a career in the Latin American Investment banking industry
