HR Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)


Position Summary


A growing healthy fast-casual food chain, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the team in Miami, FL (Onsite). This individual will manage all aspects of human resources, including payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management across both New York and Miami locations and extensive experience with ADP payroll software.


Key Responsibilities:


Payroll Management:


- Manage and process payroll using ADP software for employees in Miami and New York.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.


HR Operations:


- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and terminations.

- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and other company-provided programs.

- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.


Employee Relations:


- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

- Serve as the point of contact for employee issues and grievances.

- Conduct investigations as necessary and ensure fair and consistent resolution of conflicts.


Compliance & Reporting:


- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in both New York and Miami.

- Maintain up-to-date employee records and prepare HR reports as needed.

- Lead HR audits and ensure best practices across the company.


Recruitment & Onboarding:


- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer letters.

- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure successful integration into the company.


Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.

- Proven experience in processing payroll for both New York and Miami regions using ADP software (required).

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Florida and New York.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Experience in Hospitality HR is preferred
