Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team This position is located in San Francisco, California.


Duties:

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior leadership, including the CEO and Vice Presidents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses, and handle external communications with customers, partners, and stakeholders, including responding to and organizing inbound requests for meetings, conferences, and other engagements
  • Lead and manage team projects, including organizing company-wide events such as All-Hands meetings, off-site retreats, and other key initiatives, ensuring successful planning and execution
  • Adapt to evolving needs by taking on additional responsibilities and projects to support business priorities and team goals


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and communication platforms like Slack
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities and a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently
