MUST HAVES:

- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
PLUSSES:
- Come from a Telecommunications background (AT&T, Spectrum, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiar with Aruba Airwave and Calix Management system
- Call center/customer service experience
Day-to-Day:
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Manager to help with the consolidation and transition of a Service Desk due to an acquisition. They will work with a technical writer on the procedures and policies put in place. The ideal candidate will have experience with standing up or consolidation of a Service Desk.
Compensation:
$45/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
