What You'll Do
- Execute against the product strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a data-driven culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring product quality and market relevance.
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive and successful product offerings.
- Coordinate with the Product Marketing team to execute product commercialization strategy.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay abreast of competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Define and prioritize feature sets, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Provide strategic insights to executive leadership, contributing to the overall business strategy.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry advancements to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management leadership roles with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality who manages their own time to deliver on the goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of gaming systems, hardware, software and player experiences preferred.
- Ability to take direction yet be bold to articulate your own vision.
- A passion for gaming and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
