Job Title: VP of Marketing

Location: Remote

Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 annually, plus bonus plan

Position Overview: As Vice President of Marketing at Pharos Systems International Inc, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to drive growth and elevate our brand to new heights. This is a role for someone who thrives on both vision and execution - a leader who not only sees the future of our marketing but has the skills to bring it to life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, champion, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Pharos's business goals, driving growth and success.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Ensure consistent, impactful brand messaging and quality across all marketing channels, touchpoints, and within the Pharos organization.
  • Define key customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Implement growth marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, and drive marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop a content strategy that meets the informational needs of Pharos's target audiences, delivering valuable, relevant content.
  • Manage and refine our marketing technology stack to streamline marketing processes, nurture leads, and track marketing ROI.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, focusing on initiatives that drive the best short-term and long-term returns for Pharos.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in B2B SaaS or software solutions)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
  • Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong demand generation and pipeline development experience
  • Track record in product marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Expertise in brand management across multiple channels
  • Numerically fluent, with demonstrated proficiency in data analytics for performance monitoring and optimization
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external relationship building
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Experience managing marketing budgets for optimal ROI
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
