StaffBright is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager in the Auburn Hills area. This role is with a rapidly growing supplier that is expanding its operations and workforce. We seek candidates with 3+ years of automotive experience, particularly those with a proven track record in sales and account management for General Motors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to enhance market share and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, establish performance targets, and assess progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the automotive sector.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and product development.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, tracking performance against set targets.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with a Tier 1 automotive supplier.
  • Proven experience working with General Motors.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing the RFQ process.
